The winding up is working then... I've got to ask the question, though, why not move account if the service you get from your bank is unacceptable. Many banks will offer a penalty free allowance, say £200, so that charges are not applied when you accidentally slip into borrowing rather than saving mode. Go find a bank that offers you that. Or cancel the credit card with your bank and get one where the credit card company can't just take money from your account. Or set up a standing order to pay the credit card each month. Or don't use a credit card, use your debit card. Or set up an account where you get a text warning you when you go below a certain limit so that you can take corrective action. Or continue to moan about the big bad banks. |
