I follow the law of the land so do not ask for advice which was your suggestion not mine.
But why haven't our free lancer taken the photos yet of the lovely walls before our overgrown children come along to show their creative flair with waterproof art once the wire barrier is removed? You may put that up asap to advertise the good work intended by the Centre,before any graffitti appears.:) See you there,we can pray together if you may?
