| Even before the work started, hooligans entered the premises dumping their used appliaces,mattress,trolleys regularly inspite of the CTTv and flood lights? Raudy gangs jumped over the closed gate and played on the grass,throwing things around,and wonder if neighbours never heard the noise? Indeed, the reason for permanent wall around arose to protect intruders from damaging the fence which was erected recently. If it is dangerous for the layman, would it not be so for the intruder as well to take a chance crawlling in to dump their ware? Children do not play where construction work is going on!I suggest putting red cones to block the entire road till the work is over shortly. Kindly use alternative route for your safety. |
