| Before work started, the site was not left unsafe for children, you said children do not play where construction work is going on,PROPER building sites are fenced off properly making themsafe and secure from children. There were both trees and shrubs softing the outline of the building which after all is in a residentual neighboughood. There were not both broken and uneven paving slabs running the full lenght of the site. The house next door was not having both it's front and back gardens used for car parking which should notbe allowed as it is meant to be a family home. As for blocking the road of while the work is completed as l have already stated this is a residentual neighbourhood therefor people have a right to gain access to there homes, also being public roads access might be needed for emergency services,ie,both fire and ambulance..As for the security lights you mentioned one of them is shining directly onto and down beech avenue, straight into the oncomeing drivers eyes blinding them dangerously. The wire fencing that has put up on part of the pavement is forcing people to walk into the road and has no lights on at night. There is a blind gentleman who lives further up the road from the site who sometimes walkes unacompanied down pass the old mission which he could not saftly do now. |
