| As Philippa says it is normal. Yes, parking zones are introduced because people ask for them and the fees cover the costs. You also have an opportunity to review them every few years. Much of Brentford is currently being consulted for changes. I have never heard of a majority wanting parking restrictions removed - more often the opposite!
