| So Hounslow Council has started charging vehicle parking permits based on engine type / emissions and not physical vehicle size. In UK we already pay a road tax. Parking should not be based on this. As residence we should now have the option to vote our area out of the parking zone system. I recall the council almost pestering us to vote for their proposal. Once again its wallets on wheels. |
