| Up to a point you make good points, people do dump all sorts of rubbish in the knowledge that HH will clear it. Several years ago a neighbour and myself witnessed a fly tip and provided a car reg., time, location and description of the morons doing it, offered to give statements too - LBH could not have been less interested. So I do think they could be more vigilant and pro-active, by searching through the stuff dumped to try and identify whose cr*p it is, to try to get evidence to prosecute, I fear that like much they do, they take the line of least resistance. |
