| Thanks Joan. I'll take a look at that and get the enforcement people to work on it. CCTV has not proved to be very effective because culprits often hide their identity, and even when they don't nobody knows who they are, or they aren't telling. It needs a comprehensive approach and it's very labour intensive (and as I say, currently under-resourced) |
