| Thanks Guy, I understand your point about CCTV. This may show the faces of culprits but without say, a car/van registration number, how can they be traced. Another example of flytipping - yesterday some time between 10.30am and 4.00pm, in broad daylight, someone dumped bags of household items and clothes in the bus shelter on Boston Manor Road by the western side of Holly House. |
