| I have just had an email from Morrisons saying - "I’m very sorry to say that this car park is owned and operated by a private landlord and not by Morrisons. Due to this we’re unable to assist you with the charge. You’ll be best contacting the Parking Company directly to appeal the charge. My apologies we’re unable to help further on this occasion. Kind regards Jeni Daly Customer Assistantolved in Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC" You have to wonder why they wanted copies of all sorts when they now say I have to deal with someone else. Bad enough getting fined but the time, effort and workload involved in trying to prove I did nothing wrong just because I visited a crummy supermarket and gave them approx £160 is just so ludicrous especially since the same problem has been experienced by so many other people at this store. Various threads of Brentford Friends facebook bear this out. It really is an outrageous situation many people will be intimidated and simply pay up. |
