| For those of you who have been fined for not scanning the voucher, I would suggest looking at www.penaltycharge.co.uk has some very good advice on cancelling a PCN. Some parts of it are charged for access, but some good info. I recently successfully had a bus lane infringement cancelled because the photo sent to me was not the road mentioned in the fine and signage on wrong side of the road. A technicality but it worked for me. |
