| Oh dear I would appeal this on lack of signage, I dont recall seeing any signs about penalty parking charges when I recently used the new Morrisons carpark. As I explained in a previous post in the New Morrisons thread. I had trouble reading the QR code on the voucher that I received at the checkout. The machine did eventually beep and the screen informed me I was good to leave. It was not easy to read the QR code! Good luck with an appeal. |
