| It would be fine if they worked properly. But when just a lone supervisor is left with not just these devices but all the manned tills and the frequency of which 'Technical Issues' occur on top of the constant problems with these systems, it's little wonder that so many hate them. You also have to be very careful, while these devices are very hot at picking up unscanned items, they are not so good at flagging up double scanned items, easily done if you have shaky hands or are slow at moving. You should always check your bill and the screen. |
