| 'Do some people really try to put a trolley shop through a self-service till?' When we pointed out to the assistant we had a trolley load we were told that she would put it through the self service for us! We still refused and stuck to our guns that we wanted a proper till with conveyor belt to open. I'm afraid that people are going to have to stick to their guns to get the message through - and tell these organisations we will not be bullied - follow up any incidents with a complaint to Head Office too! |
