| You may well al be correct. Euston Films used differing locations for each series as some were not always available second or third time around. The Winchester Club entrance moved several times. One being a doorway on a corner property just off Churchfield Road in Acton. The Car Lot changed from the one in the opening titles. This was used twice and also in the later Minders with Gary ? who replaced Dennis Waterman. Both the Sweeney and Minder used a lot of locations in Ealing, Acton, Brentford, Westbourne Park, Hammersmith, Fulham and Putney. So well made that these contemporary series now stand up well now albeit perfect period settings. And only light swear words. But so well written an performed that one thinks you heard a non stop rant of expletives! |
