| I seriously believe this council and Ealing council have lost their minds. It is impossible to leave Boston Manor Road to get to Northfields Avenue other than via Swyncombe Avenue and now there is talk of closure! Where is the displaced traffic going to go? By all means restrict vehicle weight but this scheme just shows the incompetence of both councils. This area is becoming like Chiswick...no go. This must be having a detrimental effect on Northfields Avenue businesses.Roads were built for cars and bikes to use.A few months ago the accident in B M Road meant traffic could not leave the area because of road closures .Short memories and blinkered minds. |
