| You could not make it up. Peoples lives put at risk by Councils who would seem to have just jumped on a bandwagon without considering the consequences for there residents. Have Hounslow given keys to the Ambulance Service ? Did anyone consider what effect the delay caused by opening bollards would have on say someone with a heart attack ? If in such cases a life is lost due to delay is the local authority culpable for causing the obstruction ? Why were residents not consulted or given a vote on this issue ? |
