| As Anne said earlier it's pretty absurd that we should need more posters to 'educate' people of what such be a given, just like don't steal, don't murder etc. I don't ever recall my parents sitting down with me and telling me not to litter, or indeed much else for that matter - although I do recall helping myself to a grape from a supermarket fruit aisle and being immediately hauled out the shop by my father and given a good smack. Of course nowadays someone would have him on an assault charge... |
