| Hi, totally in agreement with education and bad people behaviour as the source of the littering issue. So, it’s great to aknowledge the problem. But it’s even better if there is a plan to tackle it. A good case study to start with, Singapore. One of the cleanest city in the world, but that didn’t happen in a snapshot. This is food for thoughts. What is the flexibility of the council to put into force new measures ? Is there a budget available to raise further awareness with regards to keeping our town/city clean ? |
