| The thing is if you get on to the powers that be and tell them what goes on - they'll stand you hard and fast that it simply doesn't happen! Well, unless we're all hallucinating it does, if one of their operatives hurts themselves then they'll have no claim if they insist on by-passing the right way of doing things. For instance when we had black bags we used to put broken glass and crockery in a box and seal it so it wouldn't pierce the bag, now we don't bother we just bag it and put it in the wheelie. If they insist on heaving the bag out of the wheelie then they are taking a chance, that's not to mention the weight. Mad. |
