| Cllr Hearn. I noticed your comment about the visit to Mogden sewage works. The recent years expansion of the site means that the spread of smell has also expanded and is very noticeable in Osterley and on the side of Syon Hill, going towards Gillette corner. This must mean the sour edges of that smell of discharge must encroach along the river towards and in Chiswick. The effluent in the river certainly affects the rowing clubs in Chiswick. Mogden is certainly in your area. |
