No idea, apart from the obvious, vociferous lobbying and opposition from Housing Associations, trusts and large multiple landlords. The the ubiquitous silence from our elected brethren. We will only pass our findings, experiences and revelations to the appropriate authorities once the details have been looked over by a campaigning lawyer. If it falls on deaf ears we will pass the whole lot over to the press who are already starting to wake up to the plight of so many who are falling foul of the system and yet not below the benefits line. But there are more than a few having a rotten time caused by a few.Yet plenty on very good salaries who are paid and trusted with the responsibility of duty of care who do absolutely nothing. It more to do with money and deals than politics but it is disturbing that the worst examples are in Labour run boroughs which contradicts the initial perception. |
