For once Keith you and I are in complete agreement! It seems - as I said before that anyone with that amount of buy to let properties should be required to be become a Housing Assn. This problem will never be resolved unless we have a massive public house building programme, all this silly scheme of the government has done is push up the already over-inflated house prices and help a lot of people who really don't need it.
