| John I guess there is no requirement to show directors on the accounts as such: there's no secret about who we are - listed on the Thamesbank website under Who are we? together with an excruciating picture of what looks like American estate agents (unfortunately we have an archaic deal with our web provider and cannot change pictures without paying a fee!) The list needs updating because we have had some new directors joining and one has left. The in-house lottery was started a few months ago (I was not personally an enthusiast) and has proven very popular with our members who seem to like a mild flutter. So we run it for that reason but also because it keeps the CU in members' minds so that maybe they'll think twice before taking a payday loan at 5000% interest. |
