| I suppose we could ask why they were blue in the first place? The black ones look very smart in daylight and chosen from a catalogue, are an understandable choice. My only opinion would be to have a colour that shows up to pedestrians and car drivers and I seem to remember that police cars were light blue for that reason, many moons ago... |
