| Nigel Moore has a delayed FoI request (from 20th Jan) to Hounslow Council at http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/council_plans_for_relocation_of#incoming-260747 "The property developer Ballymore has stated publically that the Council has expressed its intent to them, to move the Watermans Centre out of Brentford. Please provide copies of the minutes of all meetings with Ballymore that discuss this topic. We are not asking for commercially sensitive information which may, if any exist, be blacked out from the minutes. Please provide also, copies of any emails on the topic of Watermans future location from or to: Mary Harpley; Mike Jordan; Sunny Desai; Stuart Harrison; Julia Worboys; Ruth Cadbury & Jagdish Sharma." A reply yesterday said : "In relation to your request and to not delay further, I can confirm that having had confirmation from the named Council staff, Mary Harpley, Mike Jordan, Sunny Desai, and Jagdish Sharma, they do not hold any emails on the topic of Watermans future location. We also do not hold any meeting minutes on this topic. However, Julia Worboys (also named on your request) of the Planning Policy team has provided copies of emails also copied to Ruth Cadbury and Stuart Harrison which we are still considering as to whether an exemption applies. I aim to respond again early next week." |
