| "For your information the results of the consultation will be available to view on www.hounslow.gov.uk/consultation from 15th December 2011. A decision is expected to be made in the New Year" 3rd January : "I understand the results have not yet been put on the link. I am unable to say when they will be until the member of staff dealing with this returns on 5/1. I apologise for the delay and will let you know the revised date as soon after 5th as possible." Me to Head of Hounslow Property Management 13th January : " I am still unable to find the report on the consultation on the website. If you are unable to get it on the website, please can you send me an electronic copy of the report." No response as yet. Anyone heard more ? Will we get the consultation report before the decision is made ? Searching for more info on the Outer London Fund money for Brentford, I came across the comments from Theo Dennison in October : "Councillor Dennison made specific reference to the St John’s Road Centre, about which discussion was ongoing. He referred to the commitment to consult but people had not been consulted. It was important to ensure that the good work the centre was providing was not lost. There were issues and helpful suggestions were sought, but there were other groups involved with the Centre who had not yet been invited to express their views. There was a need to ensure that all groups affected were notified." |
