Well Everest finally returned my call last Monday and wanted to book an appointment for 12 noon on Tues to come and inspect the work they did three months ago to make sure it was all Ok. I explained again and again that that I already fixed up all their shoddy work and finished the job for them and very simply they only had to look at the photos I sent them of 'their completed work' and advise me what they were going to do about it. This seemed to confuse the customer services guy so he put me on hold for 5 minutes so he could speak to his supervisor. I suggested that I speak directly to the supervisor but direct contact between customer and customer service supervisor is apparently strictly 'verboten' After explaining the situation again I was promised that a 'Commercial Manager' would 'take over my case' and I would get a call back.......I am still waiting!! |
