It seems that EVEREST Managing Director, Mr Simon Jarman, is totally out of touch with what is happening in his Company regarding customer services. In my own case the last two paragraphs of his glossy brochure couldn't be further from the truth. To make matters worse his customer support staff seem unable to reply or even acknowledge correspondence. Perhaps they have too many complaints to cope with? Response to Customer feedback doesn't exist at Everest. |
