Anne, I am not sure what planet you are zoning in from and if there has perhaps been some intergalactic lightning storm which has affected you. What on earth are you talking about when you say it takes 'ages and ages' to sort out plastics? Whilst you may have a struggle to remember which box is for what, I don't think many others will have the same problem but, be that as it may, if the system isn't working for many residents, as reported both here and on the W4 forum as well as the local press, is it 'negative' for people to state as much? Is it 'negative' to suggest that other Boroughs may have much better systems than Hounslow just because Guy Lambert says the Labour Administration thought it out carefully and dictated that it should go ahead although it has a negative environmental impact and causes more air pollution? |
