With anything like this - the simpler the better, something clearly not heeded or understood by those whom we elected, what planet are these people on? And telling people where they can now take their batteries isn't smart, the whole point - you say Cllr. Lambert - is to increase recycling, changing the regime and not now taking stuff you always used to is a bit daft even by Hounslow's standards. |
