| Under the old system I religiously took off the milk bottle plastic caps. When I recently handed a bottle to the men picking up the plastic I took off the cap ready to place it in the household and the guy said I can take that. This week under the new system the plastics box came back with two plastic bottle caps in the bottom. They took the other 15 or so that were attached to bottles, but left these. I do not understand. |
