| I wonder who paid for the litter to be cleared up and was anyone fined for dropping it. I read about that 66 year old lady who bought a coffee and tipped it down the drain and then put the paper cup in the bin and was fined for putting the coffee down the drain. She did that so the paper in the bin would not get soaked. That was outside Ealing Bdy Station. A 66 year old ex civil servant easy target! |
