| If it works well, how come there are now cars displaying resident's permits parked in our car park (just outside the Ealing Road CPZ) most evenings? What that says to me is that either the CPZ has reduced the available number of spaces to below the number required, or Parking DisServices has sold more permits than there are spaces - or quite probably both. |
