If you can Tweet I've found it really gets some results! Hounslow Highways removed a fly-tip from around here yesterday just hours after I reported it. However, there was yet another pile in the same place today, and I suggested a mobile CCTV camera to try and catch the buggers doing it. Just had  Tweet back asking where it is as they can't locate the electricity sub station where the rubbish is dumped! Yet they've removed umpteen lots before from exactly the same location! I recommended Specsavers! You do wonder sometimes, really you do...........
