| So basically it's impossible to get from the Twickenham area to Brentford without getting stuck in a long jam. Meanwhile Chiswick Roundabout flows freely as does every other road where there's been no traffic light reconfiguring because traffic is always much lighter at this time of year. During the summer months it takes 20 minutes to drive from Brentford to Teddington in the mornings (usually anything from 40 minutes upwards). Conversely, it usually takes me 30 minutes to drive back in the evenings, whereas it is currently taking me 45 minutes. Says everything about how stupid this is - if I was CCF I'd have lost the plot with TfL long before now. |
