| I haven't had a car now for around eight years. Still, I think permit holders being able to park anywhere in the borough could prove problematic in some roads i.e. those close to public transport to 'destinations' for example to Heathrow. I can imagine roads such as Albany, Braemar and New being used by people who are then going to hop on a 65 either to South Ealing (to Heathrow) or to Ealing Broadway (Paddington and Heathrow) and potentially be gone for a week or two. |
