| Hours (and the existence of CPZs) are voted upon by residents, and are reviewed regularly. By far the most complaints I get from residents is about people parking without the appropriate permit 'stealing their' spaces. Of course, having a permit for the whole borough is handy - when I was on Cabinet I had an 'Operational Permit' which allowed me to park in any CPZ. I miss it now, but I get around that by cycling! |
