Completely agree it is absolutely apalling at times.
They've been terminaating at either Syon lane or sometimesthe County Court for about 2 years now.
I gave up using it to get home from Work via Hounslow around 1-1.30pm everyday. Almost everyday i would get a 235 saying it was going to GWQ only to have it terminate without any prior warning at Syon Lane.
When you've let a 237 go as the 235 is due soon after and it saves a walk, it becomes more than a joke.
The drivers usually say they've been told to terminate early by the radio operator.
The excuse whenever the bollard were damaged at GWQ as to why they couldn't turn around at the roundabout on the GW Rd  was always that there was nowhere to provide a comfort break for the driver. Which i guess was pretty acceptable at the time.
But, there is nowhere for a comfort break at Syon Lane?
There also seems to be a regular gap in service between 7-7.30 pm most weekdays.
