Dial a ride don’t do Hospital Appointments! So they won’t take the booking. Taxicard will take the booking but might not turn up. If the appointment is for you, you can arrange hospital transport if not you can either pay full price for a cab or book Taxicard for 2.45pm and keep your fingers crossed. I know I’ve been doing this for months because my OH is sick and up and down to West Mid’ or other hospitals. So far I’ve paid over £600 in the recent past for taxis and we’re just beginning! So I’m going to end up with no savings! |
