| What a headache Patricia, if one is late for a medical appointment ... having relied on Dial-a- Ride or some other services. If you had an appointment for say 4.05pm on a Friday ... at what time would one be collected if the destination was just 2 miles away (say Kew Bridge to West Middx Hospital)? |
