| It would make a perfect campus site for UWL/TVU with minimal adaptation. Releasing the accomodation opposite and the far more valuable sites in Ealing for redevelopment. The current UWL main site is in a 'premium' location and must be worth many millions if not more. Whatever happens there is already a multi practice GP surgery, viable for expansion within walking distance of GSK, the real issue will be schools if there is to be any proportion of family homes. |
