| This morning the Police blocked the High Street outside McDonalds due to an accident Traffic was queuing the whole way up Ealing Road and I noticed that lots of drivers were going down Green Dragon as that was the only way to get to Kew Bridge without spending an hour battling down to Chiswick Roundabout So my question is, would Hounslow Council void tickets for drivers breaking the LTN restrictions on Green Dragon in this unusual situation? |
