I take it you are refering to my daughter in law. 1:She has not lived with this charge for 21 years as she lived and trained within walking distance of the hospital she works at. 2: When she and my son started a family it was necessary to move because of property prices in central London. 3: She uses a car as she works shift patterns and as highly trained CRNA nurse is often called on in emergencies. As for short memories you should remember the NHS staff who patched you up after your bicycle crash if that accident had happened a few miles further into town they would have been paying £15 for the privilege. Guy I know you and I will never agree on LTNs but I would ask that you and your party think before you act.  The one cap fits all policies dont work.
