| Word is that TfL and Highways have treated Cllr Lambert abysmally. And he has at least made a sustained effort. It appears that he gets very little robust support from Cllr Dunne and others and the borough Highways Officers are not interested is blotting their career prospects with the next level they aspire to. That really does need to be addressed and some a***s kicked. |
