| Chaos this afternoon when the temporary cycleway lights were showing green both ways. Spent a pleasant few minutes chatting to a Met TSG officer when we were nose to nose waiting for the queues behind us to reverse. Meanwhile the workmen seemed content to do sod all to help clear the chaos. |
