| It's all down to the only HGV capable road being blocked in one direction. Swyncombe Avenue being blocked like this is causing content fallout onto roads that cannot cope with HGVs and the amount of constant remedial roadworks, construction works and failing infrastructure.. And if you are in the slightest doubt about the impact on emergency services, ask any paramedic who actually works at the front line. It is causing major problems on attendance timings and safety when having to enter the no entry blockade. All to suit petty minded policies over riding plain common sense and ignoring the very existence of such a street with its wide straight line, deeper and stronger infrastructure, driveways wider pavements and garaging.
