These cabinets also generate noise and heat and also affect hearing aids and anyone with a Pacemaker of some types widely in use should not approach them.
Which is also true of some types of EV rechargers which can have the potential to fry the electrodes of a pacemaker or hearing aid induction circuits.

In the USA warnings have to be clearly posted and circles painted around chargers and cabinets up to 25ft.

Here the H&S executive has been "working hard with partners to understand the implications"  For over 7 years!
