Since posting the above the elected member concerned, Isleworth ward councillor Salman Shaheen, has been in touch with me. It would appear that he has genuinely not received any of my correspondence, and that messages sent by e-mail from my address to any consignee using LBH's system are mysteriously failing to get through (hence too the lack of response from Adult Care).
Councillor Shaheen has kindly offered to look into this for me and I will hopefully have a clearer picture soon of what has been happening. |
