| There is no harm in highlighting your concerns to her in my opinion.Part of her remit is to try her best to help constituents,either directly or with advice.When dealing with a large organisation like LBH,it's easy for people to hide from responsibility,pass the buck etc.At least with the MP,you are only dealing with her and her staff.Good luck, must be frustrating. |
